Any students attending the ERASMUS exchange in the year 2026 are not eligible for contention. Applications close on MONDAY 8th MIDNIGHT

Roles:

President - The President leads SACES by representing the members in every official capacity, provides direction, and ensures that the work of the committee is aligned with the organization's mission.

Vice President - The Vice President is an admin role and takes care of any legal documentation

Treasurer - The Treasurer manages the financial affairs and sponsor relationships of SACES, prepares the budgets, monitors the income and expenditure, and maintains transparent records

Secretary General - The Sec Gen is an admin role and is responsible for taking minutes during any meetings. The Sec Gen is also responsible for organising Site Visits, and the yearly Architecture Student Expo.

Social Policy Officer - The SPO is a person with keen interest in current surroundings of our industry and providing information and current updates on our socials and blog on what goes on inside and outside university.

International Officer - The International Officer coordinates ArchiVisit and ArchiTrip, this entails in booking accommodation and flights and handling logistics of both trips.

Events Officer - The Events officer coordinates all aspects of our main events such as Archoholics, Workshops and Aquaholics. Aspects include finding venue, logistics, permits, etc.

Public Relations Officer - PRO manages all the media posted on our socials (Facebook & Instagram), is the photographer at our events (excluding parties) PRO is also responsible for upkeeping of website, and any messages coming through our socials.
